She is survived by: her husband James Underwood; her son Michael Smith; her stepchildren, Delana Sarten (Chuck), Karen Robertson (Rob) and Darren Underwood (Melinda); her sister Shirley Benton; and her nephew Ken Hines. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
