She was predeceased by: her husband Earl J. O'Hara Jr.; her daughter Alecia O'Hara; her son-in-law Steve Bledsoe; and her parents, Floyd Tims and Gladys Tims.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Marie Bledsoe of Memphis and E. Justin O'Hara III (Stephanie) of Knoxville; her grandchildren, Matthew Bledsoe (Anna), Devin Schniepp (Andrew), Mason Bledsoe, Hadley O'Hara, Parker O'Hara, Emmy O'Hara and A. J. O'Hara; and her great grandchild Micah Schniepp. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
