He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Barnes and Jessie Barnes; his grandson Louis Wilkins II; his sibling's child Jesse Mae Williams (Richard); and his wife Ruth Barnes.
He is survived by: his son Louis B Wilkins; his grandchild Kizzie White of North Chicago; his brother Jesse Barnes Sr.; and his nieces, Sarah Smith, Deloris Montgomery and Belva Armour (Dexter).
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bradshaw & Range Funeral Home (2513 W Dugdale Rd, Waukegan, IL 60085). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
