She is survived by: her mother Carrie Lee Ellington; her siblings, Gregory L Ellington, Jacqueline Y Thompson, Regina Y Hollis, Georgette Johnson, Marsha R Johnson, George C Ellington Jr. and James L Moore; her children, Lakeisha R Jeffries, James R Meadows Jr. and Angela L Meadows; her grandchildren, Antonio Davis, Ashley Jeffries, Anthony Jeffries, Jaylyn Henry, Jozlyn Henry, Akilah Jeffries, Dexter Walker Jr., Aniyah Jeffries, Deyonna Walker, Amaiyah Meadows and Aleiyah Meadows; her fiancé Larry Maddrie; and her sons-in-law, Antonio Jeffries and Dexter Walker. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, as well as a wide circle of friends.
