With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marcia Lynn Phillips-Kugele (Memphis, Tennessee), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Kugele; and her pets, Boo, Rocky, Tigger and Rylee.
She is survived by: her stepson Sean Kugele (Tammy); her pet Cooper; her cousins, Brenda Crain, Barbara Williamson, Kim Lowrance and Joseph "Chip" Crain; and her friends, Patty Thomas, Marilyn McVeigh and Sarah Pitts.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Friends of the Germantown Animal Shelter.
