She was predeceased by: her parents, Tempe Adams and Ben Adams. She is survived by: her daughters, Tempe Carter Ray of Memphis, TN and Patricia Dickson Ray of Collierville, TN; her granddaughters, Kaylee Marilyn McVey and Kinslee Marie-Bryant McVey of Collierville, TN; and her siblings, Tempe A. Thompson (Michael) and Ben C. Adams, Jr. (Kathy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be sent to Mid-South Food Bank, MIFA (Metropolitan Inter-Faith Association), Church Health Center or the charity of the donor's choice.
