He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Herschman Jaffe and Eli H. Jaffe; his wife Madeline Sue Jaffe (Halpern); Raye, Ben Halpern and Marshall.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Jaffe (Lisa Olivent) of Nesbit, MS and Greg Jaffe (Angela) of Cuba, NY.; his grandchildren, Zack Jaffe (Meagan), Ben Jaffe, Abigail Jaffe and Ella Jaffe; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Gabriel and Madeline; and his siblings, Sanda Jaffe Wolf of Memphis, Janis Jaffe Kiel (Brian) of Memphis, Hal Jaffe of Memphis and Edwin Jaffe (Bridget) of Memphis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters-in-law and their husbands.
The family requests that any memorials be sent to Beth Shalom Synagogue, The Village at Germantown Foundation, Hospice of Hope (Collierville) and to please support The ALS Association (TN Chapter).
