She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Hawkins; her parents, Mamie Horton and Zack Horton; and her siblings, Robert Horton, Ray Horton and Lois Schwartz.
She is survived by: her children, Jredia Duke (Robert Duke), Al Hawkins (Tina) and Leslie Bizzell (Scott); and her grandchildren, Gennifer, Joshua, Lindsey, Michael, Elizabeth, Shane, Kerith, Aubrey and Caleb. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
