W., Donald, Ray, Larry, Leon and Wanda Burks; her children, Janet Hall (Charles), Randall Holt (Sheila) and David Holt; her grandchildren, Brandon Holt, Chad Hall (Madeleine), Joshua Hall (Brittni), Alexis Terrell (Baylor), Amanda Hollenkamp (Isaiah), Sylvia Rae Holt and Savanna Holt; and her great grandchildren, Norah Caroline Hall, Ernest William Hall, Emerson Ruth Hall, Nolan Grace Hall and Briggs Christian Terrell.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Martha's favorite charities: Samaritan's Purse, Gideons International, or Germantown Baptist Church.
