She is survived by: her siblings, Annie L. Beavers and Grady Foutch; her grandchildren, Michael Stanford (Liz), Casey Fernandez (Zach), Holly Stanford, Ginny Stanford and Anna Rachel Stallings; and her great grandchildren, Amelia Fernandez, Grant Fernandez and Jon Douglas Stanford.

“We tried very hard to keep in touch with Rachel over the years since she and Jim moved to Medina. We were neighbors and we loved them both very much. We visited Rachel in Milan at the nursing facility and took her to lunch which she enjoyed so much. It was so wonderful to see her and that beautiful smile she had. We had tried to find her and no one would help us. We are deeply saddened by her passing and yet we know she is now reunited with her family and she is with the Lord. God bless.”
