He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Myers and Ethel Myers. He is survived by: his significant other Wilma Myers; his daughters, Teresa Maxwell and Melissa Tollison (Lee Tollison); his grandsons, Nic Maxwell, Lee Michael Maxwell, Hudson Tollison and Foster Tollison; and his great grandchildren, Cole, Jax and Ella Maxwell.
