She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Bullard; and her siblings, Betty Sewell, Donna Heinemeyer, James McCollum and Danny McCollum.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Bullard (Ginger) and Jennifer Brannon (Jim); her grandchildren, Jack Brannon, Charlie Brannon and Morgan Brannon; her great grandchild Elwood Semken-Brannon; and her siblings, Annie Lois Beard and Ernie McCollum.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Kirby Woods Baptist Church.
