She was predeceased by: her parents, George Harper and Maggie Drake Vanderbilt. She is survived by: her children, Stanley W Dowell, Rickey L Dowell, Paul T Dowell and Karen R. Dowell of Memphis, TN. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
