It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Matthew D. Curland of Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on December 30, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Evensky and Joe Curland; his brother Marvin Curland; his mother-in-law Mary Haire; and his significant other Elizabeth Curland (Liz).

He is survived by: his children, Nathan (Jeannie) of Lexington, TN, Mark (Brenda) of Cordova, TN, Michael (Beverly) of Oakland, TN and Felicia (Dave) of Roswell, GA; and his grandchildren, Lucille, Joshua, Hunter, Stephanie, Jessica, Austin, Danielle, Bobby, Keira and Kennedy. He is also survived by his 12 great-grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations in his memory be made to the ALS foundation or St. Jude.
