“Maxine was my best friend. We crossed paths after I invited her to my Sunday school class. We laugh, cried and talked about the LORD being her Shepherd. She made sure that the 23rd Psalm was top priority everyday, no matter what the circumstances. Even when blindness invaded her, the LORD was still her Shepherd. Her spirit was rattled but not broken. She had an awesome caregiver, Mary, and she never failed to acknowledge it. She loved her children and cover the under wings of protection.”
