He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Houston and Annette Griffin Browder. He is survived by: his wife Connie J. Browder; and his children, Tracy Richardson Chambers (Ronnie), Dee Lowrance (Mike), Jessica Morales (Euler), Jody Edward Browder, James Richardson (Jamie) and Paul Ollar. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren.
