He was predeceased by: his siblings, Merrill S. Parks, Jr. and Patty Ann Parks of Memphis. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Keller Parks (Libby); his daughter Kathleen Parks Miller; his son-in-law Dr. Ryan Miller; his grandchildren, Georgia, Chris and Merrill Miller of Mobile, AL; and his sister Nancy Parks Kursonis (Kevin) of Collierville, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family respectively requests donations to be made in memory of Mike to St. Joseph Projects at St. Theresa Church 1644 Jackson 38107, St. Louis Church, Birthright of Memphis, or Memorial Masses for the repose of Mike's soul.
