He is survived by: his sibling Jackie Richardson; the mother of his children Lydiah Wanyanga-Tate; his siblings' children, Brandon Joyner, Jada Richardson, Kesean Garner and Brandon Garner; his children, Ayanna Simone Cook, Asha Awuor Wanyanga-Tate, Shahid and Tariq Wanyanga-Tate; his siblings, Jacqueline D. Richardson, Roy Allen Bonner, Eric Bonner, Terick Campbell, Emmett Campbell, Laura Campbell and Africa Campbell; his father Nathaniel Tate; his wife Carrie Tate; Shahid Wanyanga-Tate. He is also survived by other cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
