She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Rainer, Jr. and Gwyn Rainer; her siblings, James C. Rainer III and Gwyn Rainer Foote; and her husband Herbert R. Levy.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Robert Levy (Pam) and Diane Levy. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, many nephews and nieces, and their children.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Church Health Center or the charity of the donor's choice.
