She was predeceased by: her parents, William Andrew and Lorene Terry; her husband Bobby George; her son Michael George; and her siblings, Olen Terry, William Terry, Jr. and Vertie Mae McWhirter.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Jennifer George and Ashley St. John; and her great grandchildren, Deacon Michael George and Amelia Swift. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
