He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry O'Roark and Joanne O'Roark; and his grandparents, Walter, Mary Stignani, Harold and Irene O'Roark.
He is survived by: his wife Terry; his daughters, Roark (Darwin Fu) of Nashville and Molly O'Roark (Ronnie MacDuff) of Atlanta; his brother Kevin O'Roark (Memphis); his aunt Anita Slade of Covington, GA; his cousins, Lee Shinaberry, Chris Slade, Susie Hale, Ronnie Slade, Tommy Walker and Susie Walker; his parents-in-law, Dan, Virginia Norton of Germantown, TN, Lucy Wall, Jamie Dickson, Dennis, Sarah Norton, John and Norna Norton; and his niece Catherine Norton Simpson.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations can be made in his memory to either the Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra or the Urban Youth Harp Ensemble, two musical organizations that his daughters are actively engaged with today.
