He is survived by: his wife Deanna S. Kaminsky; his children, Katherine Kaminsky Winningham (Stephen Ackerman), Gail Maman (Pierre Maman) and Jef Kaminsky (Miako Katoh); and his grandchildren, Philippe, Andre Maman and Ruby Kaminsky.

The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Philip's honor to the Parkinson's Foundation.
