It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Brown of Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on September 21, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phillip Brown to pay them a last tribute.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Phillip had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Phillip may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, A. J. Brown and Lucille Brown; and his half-brother Bill Henson. He is survived by: his foster sister Lana Boatright of Fayetteville Arkansas; and his sister-in-law Anne Henson Bradley of Benton Arkansas. He is also survived by two nieces and a nephew, three great nieces and 2 great nephews, and 5 great-great nieces.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at 2006 Madison Ave, Memphis, TN 38104.
