It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Anne Kaplan (Memphis, Tennessee), who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Kaplan; her grandchildren, Alexandra Kline Lockhart (David) and Evan Kline; her son Kenny Kaplan (Carmen); and her granddaughter Kinsey Vazquez (Sergio). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
