He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin McNeal and Octavia McNeal of Whitehaven, Tennessee.; his son David McNeal; and his sister Patricia Dianne Davis. He is survived by: his wife Ida McNeal; his sons, Douglas McNeal (Kandi) of Cordova, Dennis McNeal (Barbara) of Huntsville and Derrick (Katie) of Collierville, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Erica Hill, Trinity McNeal, Maggie McNeal, Parker McNeal and Ava McNeal. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
