He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Leroy Phillips Jr. and Loraine A. Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Halle, Karlye (Anthony) and Sydney; and his brother Ronald (Briette).
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Serenity Funeral Home (1638 Sycamore View Rd, Memphis, TN 38134). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Temple of Love Cme Church (5318 Elvis Presley Blvd, Memphis, TN 38116).
