He was predeceased by: his wife Becky. He is survived by: his children, Richard Allan Tapp, James Chadwick Tapp and Mary Alice Tapp James; and his grandchildren, Savannah, Austin, Evelyn, Kirby, Woodford and Gary. He is also survived by family, friends.
