He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie. He is survived by: his sons, Bobby, Rick and Tommy; his grandchildren, Ryan, Summer, Clint, Amber, Travis and Chloe; and his great grandchildren, Sierra, Fulton, Luken, Kacey, Eli, Sam, Katy, Emerson, Jay, Jak, Ella and Zoie.

Donations in lieu of flowers can be sent to St. Jude.
