He is survived by: his parents, Richard Jr. Bollinger and Sophia Bollinger; his sister Lindsey Price (Evan); his nieces and nephews, Julia, Mathis and Johnny; and his grandfathers, Richard K. Bollinger Sr. and George M. Russell. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
