He is survived by: his wife Loretta Higginbotham Miller; his children, Richard Miller Jr. "Rick", Melanie Miller, Angie Waymire and Jake Waymire (Brandie); his daughter-in-law Debra Waymire; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Amanda, Ashley, Dalton, Trey, Jacob, Heather and Samantha. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
