He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Carmichael and Ann Carmichael; and his wife Sharon Carmichael. He is survived by: his daughter Amber Carmichael; and his siblings, Ann Rodford, Jane Duxbury (Tavia), Alison Carmichael, Kenneth Carmichael and William Carmichael.
