He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel and John; his wife Sandra; his siblings-in-law, Charles T. Rhodes Jr., Ernest Frank Rhodes, Sr., Eva Hurt, Patricia Rhodes and Donna Rhodes; his nephew Frank Rhodes Jr.; and also, Dorothy and Charles T. Rhodes. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and their children.
