He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Pittman of Memphis, Tennessee. and Alberta Pittman of Memphis, Tennessee.; and his sister Almetta Nieson (Alvin). He is survived by: his wife Ruby Pittman; his son Marcus Pittman (Maria); his stepdaughter Sandra Pittman; and his siblings, Charles Pittman (Darnella), Beverly Willis (Terry), Lavon Otis, Joyce Ann Froster, Judy Pope and Edith Wilson. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of dear friends.
