He was predeceased by: his parents, Buren F. Watkins and Elaine J. Watkins of Memphis. He is survived by: his brother Buren K. Watkins of Memphis; his sibling's children, Sandy A. Lomax of Memphis and William K. Watkins (Debbie) of Atoka, TN; and his friend Doris Robertson. He is also survived by 4 great nephews, 1 great niece, 6 great great nephews, 2 great great nieces.
