He is survived by: his wife Brenda McIntyre Joyner; his daughters, Rhonda Joyner (Butch Conway) of Memphis and Amy Traylor (Brandon) of Somerville, Tennessee; his brothers, John Joyner (Brenda) of Somerville, Tennessee and Harold Joyner of Somerville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Stephen Watkins (Amanda), Katie Traylor, Sarah Traylor and Andrew Stewart (Lauren); and his great grandchildren, Layla "Scooter" Watkins, Olivia Watkins, Brynlee Watkins, Jaymee Stewart, Blakely Stewart and Nolan Stewart.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel (10670 US-64, Somerville, TN 38068). A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
