She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Malkin Fink and Robert Aaron Fink; her husband Bill Grissom; and her brother Wayne Charles Fink. She is survived by: her children, Russell Hanover, Lisa Hanover, Dr. Tod Hanover (Susan), Charles Hanover (Chip), Jill Buring (David) and Trent Hanover; her daughter-in-law Evelyn Hanover; her stepdaughter Dr. Virginia Bradley (Ginger); her grandchildren, Dr. Justin Hanover (Deanna), Paige Kaplan (Adam), Sydney Buring (Max Carduner) and Logan Hanover; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Quinn Hanover, Aiden Kaplan, Stella Kaplan and Kaia Carduner; her stepgrandchildren, Mallory Rushing (Alan) and Rachel Wadley; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Nate, Elaine Rushing and Jacob Wadley; and her nephew Wayne Charles Fink Krouse (Alisa).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Temple Israel Synagogue in Memphis, Tennessee.
