She is survived by: her husband Jack Simko; her daughters, Mellissa Simko (Matthew Suomi) of Wichita and Stacy Shay (Michael) of Wichita; her grandchildren, Tailor Truman (Jonathan) of Omaha, NE, Brielle Shay of Wichita and Braxton Shay of Wichita; and her great grandchild Jackson Truman.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
