She is survived by: her husband Jeff Lewis; her children, Jessica, Rebecca and Eli; her parents, Vicki Lazarus and Edward Lazarus; her mother-in-law Kaye Lewis; her sister Ellen Lazarus Golden (Philip); and her sister-in-law Laurie Lewis Shapiro (Jonathan). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
