He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betsy Belz; his children, Jennifer Belz, Heather Belz (Michael Passalacqua), Charlie Burr (Libby Upham), Peggy Flanagan and Hallie Flanagan; his grandchildren, Rose Belz Passalacqua, Marigny Burr and Shelby Burr; his friends, Karen Carrier, Hayden Lait and Steve Bercu; and his cousin Laurie Stark.
