With solemn reverence, we commemorate Shirley Louise Phillips of Memphis, Tennessee, whose life came to an end on July 25, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Mallory Phillips Jr.; her parents, Thomas Kuntz and Lucille Kuntz; and her siblings, Virginia Schneider and Thomas Kuntz.
She is survived by: her son Scott Underwood; her daughter-in-law Frances Underwood; her grandchildren, Brandon Underwood (Kristina) and Chelsea Lawson; and her sister Betty Cates. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM.
In Lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to St. Jude or LaBonor Children's Hospital.
