He is survived by: his father Perry Thomas; his wife Nakayla Brooks; his close friends, Sir Knight, Illustrious and Noble; his mother-in-law Sharon Gary; his children, SirCrease Jr., Arielle (Terrence), Avneet and Amienah; his siblings, Semaj (Denise), Shieniece and Perri; his grandson Genesis; his siblings-in-law, Terrin (Tish) and TaWanda (Lafayette); and his siblings, Elton (Ranchelle), Terrence, Kevin, Kelan (Kiersten), Kerry (Tovia), Kanesia (Broderick), Krystal (Enoch) and Raquel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
