He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Stamson and Wilma Stamson; his brother Jerry Stamson Jr.; his father-in-law Jimmy Craig; and his pets, Dixie and Daisy.
He is survived by: his sons, Chris (Amy) of Oxford and Clay (Conor) of Huntington Beach, California; his grandchildren, Keelie and Hunter Stamson; his sisters, Angela Baker and Helen Wheeler; and his mother-in-law Ruth Craig. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
