He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rowland and Sue Rowland; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Rowland and Dr. Rodney Long. He is survived by: his children, Kyra Moseley (Adam), Dusty Rowland (Sarah) and Maggie Heath (Jamie); his grandchildren, Lydia, Adele, Savannah, Audra, David, Charlie, Samuel, Daniel John, Anna Grace and Rhett Stephen; his wife Donna Irvine; his siblings, Mike Rowland (Dale) and Susan Long; his cousin Anna Mullins; and his nieces, Terri Pflumm (Rüdi) and Brandi Thomas (Rob).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Research Association in memory of Steve, reflecting his commitment to helping others.
