He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bud; his wife Davie Helen Scobey; his granddaughter Melissa Bechel; his sons-in-law, Mark Bechel and Jeffrey Cianciolo; his parents, Huburt Scobey and Blanche Scobey; and his brother Curtis Scobey.
He is survived by: his uncle Bud; his daughters, Deborah Murphy (Ronnie) of Bartlett, TN, Linda McClure, Pam Scobey, Lisa Cianciolo of Olive Branch, MS and Sandra Bechel of Collierville, TN.; his pet Bo; and also, Joyce Lankford of Ripley, TN and Nancy Greer of Germantown, TN.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
