She is survived by: her children, Jordyn Forbes, Tehquin Forbes and Trevor Forbes, Jr.; and her father Lee Andrew Fitchpatrick. She is also survived by two sisters, and four brothers.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church (4245 Singleton Pkwy, Memphis, TN 38128). A burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at the Memphis Memory Gardens (6444 Raleigh Lagrange Rd, Memphis, TN 38134).
