He was predeceased by: his parents, George Vargo and Grace Vargo; and his brother Danny Vargo. He is survived by: his wife Linda Mitchell of Woodstock, Georgia; his children, Josh Vargo, Jake and Christy Vargo; his grandchildren, Jake, Jr. (Phoebe), John Walker, Gracie and Cate; his children, Laura and Chris Boywid; his grandchildren, Odin and Dexter; his stepchildren, Chad Mitchell, Chelsea and Chris White; and his stepgrandchildren, Colt and Clover.
