He was predeceased by: his father Billy Gerald Hawkins; and his nephew Chris Hawkins. He is survived by: his mother Pat Woodsmall Hawkins; his brothers, Billy Jay Hawkins (Lynn) of Monette and Royce Gerald Hawkins of Caraway; and his nieces and nephews, Wes Hawkins, Amber Thompson, Chelsea Bettis, Kaley Sanders, Jaycee Hawkins and Kerra Pilgrim.
