He is survived by: his wife Marlene Moore Wilkins of Henderson; his sons, Jeffrey Wilkins (Dana) of Scotts Hill and Gregory Wilkins of Memphis; his grandchildren, Jacob Wilkins (Jennie) and Marley Wilkins; and his sister Juanita Moore of Scotts Hill.
