He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Taylor Uhlhorn; and his parents, Aylmarie Uhlhorn and Walker S. "Tick" Uhlhorn. He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley Uhlhorn Fricano (Dave), Pearson Uhlhorn Crutcher (Kelly) and Taylor Uhlhorn Laird (David); his grandchildren, Ripley Hensley (Ben), Carter Fricano, Katie Elder (Hunter), Anna Crutcher, Walker Laird (Addie), Griffin Laird and James Laird; and his siblings, Anne Broadfoot, Dooney Twele, Gil Uhlhorn (Grace), Frank Uhlhorn (Grace), Eda Bernarda Suarez Rios (Berny) and Debbie Vaiden.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Church of the Holy Communion (4645 Walnut Grove Rd, Memphis, TN 38117). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests that Memorials be made to The Society of Entrepreneurs or the charity of the donor's choice.
