She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Brown and Carmen Brown; and her brothers, Phil (Rose), Lanny (Joanne) and David Brown (Rosemary).
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Lafferty (Craig); her grandsons, Kevin Cochran and Cory Cochran (Laura); and her great grandchild Nora. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joan's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
